Most distributors treat service as what happens after the sale. We built the company the other way round.
Our technicians came up through Hurco and Fanuc — four decades between them, and all of it spent on machines in this valley. They cover our lines, and they will look at machines we had nothing to do with selling.

A stocking program on the lines we represent, and we will chase a part on other makes where one can still be had.

Programming support, process development, and operator training, at your machine and on your part.

There is a lot of iron on floors in this state that nobody supports properly any more. We will come and look at most of it, and we will tell you straight whether we can help. Some machines are past the point where parts still exist, and you should hear that from someone before you pay to find it out. Where we can get it running, we will.
